Interstate 29, from Watertown, all the way to the Canadian border, remains closed this evening as blizzard conditions continue for the northeast.

Many northeast secondary roads are blocked and impassable from blowing and drifting snow or vehicles blocking the highways.

It is expected that Interstate 29 will remain closed for the overnight as Blizzard Warnings will remain in the effect through the early part of Thursday morning. Conditions are forecast to improve as the storm system continues its track away from the area.
