Many communities in southeast South Dakota have snow alerts issued as street crews have been out clearing the roads from snow. A frontal boundary pushed through the region, setting up a band of snow, dropping to over half a foot of snow in a few isolated areas.

Anyone with access to a window to the outside can see that Mother Nature is finally making up for the lack of snow this winter. That said, we want to remind everyone that state, county, township and municipal plows are out clearing the roads as the snow continues to touch down, unlike the Kansas City Chiefs yesterday.
