Winter looks to return to South Dakota with dropping temperatures and snow chances. The best risk for accumulating snow today and into Monday will be across the north, where two to five inches are in the forecast.
Temperatures starting Monday will plummet into the single digits for the northwest to near 30 degrees in the far southeast corner of the state. Light snow chances are possible for the west and north. These cold temperatures are forecast to stay with us at least through the workweek.
