After temperatures being the coldest felt during the winter season, a January thaw is in store for this week. Temperatures are forecast to be from the upper 30s to the lower 50s for Monday.
On Tuesday, temperatures continue to increase with afternoon highs into the lower 40s to the mid 50s with the help of southwest winds.
Along with the warmer weather, dry conditions are expected with no real snowfall or even rainfall in the forecast. The northeast may see a few snow flurries, but little or no accumulations are expected.
