Warmer air will start to move into the area, with temperatures in southwest SD forecast to be in the 70s. It will be cooler in the northeast with the 50s and the 60s in the far north and far eastern regions of the state.
There are small chances for isolated precipitation across the north-central and the northeast with little or no accumulations expected.
Changes are coming with a large storm system that will bring our temperatures below normal for several days starting this weekend. Precipitation chances are available for Friday and into Saturday.
