A storm system over the region has brought snow, rain, chilly temperatures, and even dense fog to parts of the state on Easter. Winter Weather Advisories remain in effect for the Black Hills through Monday morning as two to four inches of additional snowfall is forecast. Also, west-central South Dakota is under a Dense Fog Advisory for Easter morning as visibilities from foggy conditions have dropped below a quarter of a mile at times.
Rain and snow showers could be found in southern South Dakota ahead of another wave that will move into the region later on today.
Temperatures around 8am CDT / 7am MDT were into the upper 20s to the 30s statewide.
