Oklahoma lawmakers have introduced a bill requiring storm chasers in the state to have a license to chase thunderstorms.

On Tuesday evening, a line of thunderstorms developed in southwest South Dakota and pushed north and eastward, bringing powerful winds.

Thunderstorms in western South Dakota on Thursday evening brought winds up to 63mph, brief rain, and lightning.
